There are several 2-prong outlets throughout the complex. These outlets are not grounded properly and should be fixed by an electrician. | In unit "C" above the vanity cabinet there is an open electrical box. | Many outlets throughout the complex were either missing GFCI outlets or had GFCI outlets that didn't work properly. I recommend that all GFCI outlet be brought to proper working condition or be replaced with new outlets. GFCI outlet is needed within 6' of any sink in the kitchen and in the bathrooms as well. This is a safety concern and need to be brought to current code. |
